Pelon's mother, Rosa, loved to cook and host family and friends, and that spirit of generosity is the heart of everything we do today. With the support of his siblings, Pelon turned that family tradition into a business built to serve our community with the same love and care that has always filled our home.
As a proud husband, father of seven - Mason, Tyler, Trinity, Ali, Sebastian, Samantha, and Savannah - and soon-to-be grandfather, Pelon knows that food is about more than just taste; it's about creating memories.

Our family runs Bossed Up Briskets together, ensuring that every event is filled with the same dedication, flavor, and personal touch that started it all.
